Day 1: Agadir – Taznakhte – Draa Valley – Agdz

This private tour with Morocco Culture Tours starts with comfortable transfer from your local hotel in Agadir. Our driver or guide will meet you at the designated spot in Agadir. Our aim is to travel to Agdz, where you will spend the night. We continue through Taliouine, Morocco's saffron capital, and Tazenakht, where some of the country's finest rugs are created. We can make several photo stops along the way. The road crosses the Draa Valley, and we continue on to Agdz and your lodging.

Day 2: Agdz – Rissani – Merzouga desert - camel ride - night in camp

After breakfast, we resume our three-day adventure by going from west to east via huge open landscapes with sculpted mountains. We also walk through traditional Ksour villages and kasbah settlements. For example, Nkob is believed to have 45 kasbahs. After Alnif, we arrive at the market town of Rissani for lunch, where the local speciality is a superb stuffed pizza called Medfouna. After lunch, we head south till we reach the golden dunes of Erg Chebbi and meet up with our camels. As you ride off to your camp, maybe the sunset will be stunning. Dinner and music around a campfire, as well as the welcome mint tea, will be waiting for you.

Day 3: Merzouga desert – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley – Ouarzazate - Marrakech

You enjoy a desert sunrise in the early morning and then take a camel ride back to meet your conveyance.
