Day 1: Casablanca - Rabat

This private tour with Morocco Culture Tours starts with comfortable transfer from your local hotel in Casablanca.  The driver will meet you for a sightseeing tour of the Habbous area, the United Nations Square, and the Hassan II mosque, the world's second largest mosque, followed by a visit to the Mellah (Jewish Quarter) with its temples and synagogues such as Beth-El, Em Habanim, and Neve Shalom. Arrival in Rabat. We'll begin with a visit to Chellah and the Kasbah of Oudayas, which are located near the old Medina. Today we continue our 9-day Casablanca culture tour and Sahara desert excursion by visiting the best of Chefchaouen, its medina, and after our authentic journey will start towards Volubilis crossing via Wazan and other Rif villages, in Volubilis we will discover the roman ruins and learn about the archeological site of Moroccan history, after the visit of the ruins we will shift our way to Meknes city the 17th century heritage where we will stop for lunch and hang around Following your excursion to Meknes, we will drive directly to Fes, where you will spend the night. Day 4: Fes guided city excursion

After breakfast, you will be joined by an official local guide who will show you around the city and its historical landmarks such as "Fes El Bali the old medina," "Al Qraouine University," and "Jewish Quarter." Fes is Morocco's fourth largest city and served as one of the country's past capitals during the time of the Idrissis family, the country's original rulers. You will appreciate strolling through its small alleyways and through its massive antique gates. The Medina of Fes, Fes el Bali, is thought to be the world's largest car-free urban area, with residents relying solely on mules or tiny motorcycles to transport goods within the medina. Day 5: Fes - Ifrane - Midelt - Erfoud - Merzouga desert excursion

After breakfast in your riad or hotel, you will depart towards Merzouga through the Caravan roads in the southeast. You'll catch peeks of the Middle Atlas Mountains on this tour. Stopping in the largest cedar forest in Morocco, above the Middle Atlas Mountains, to see Barbary macaques. After lunch in Midelt, you'll continue over the huge open high desert, noticing how the terrain changes to show clues of the desert as you reach Errachidia. Your journey continues via the Ziz Valley and the date palm grove of Tafilalet. We arrive at Merzouga and ride camels to see the sunset over the dunes before spending the night in a desert camp. We will enjoy a traditional tagine dinner, excellent mint tea, and traditional Berber music while gazing at the stars and the rising moon in the magnificent Sahara desert.

Day 6: Merzouga desert - Tinijdad - Gorges Todra - Gorges Dades

We'll get up early today to see the stunning sunrise over the dunes before returning to the hotel/riad for breakfast and a shower. We will visit Rissane market before heading to the Todra Gorges via the palm-lined valleys of Tourog and Tinjdad. Day 7: Dades Gorges - Skoura - Ouarzazate - Ait Ben Haddou - Marrakech

After breakfast, you will take a walk through the Dades Gorges and then travel into the Draa Valley, which is home to several palm plantations and Berber communities. We arrive in Ouarzazate to explore Atlas Studio and the Taourirt Kasbahs before continuing to Ait Benhaddou, where we will arrive in time for lunch. We continue via the High Atlas and the Tizi n'Tichka pass, along a road that climbs from the plains up to 2260 m above sea level, passing through small villages, small waterfalls, and the ever-changing landscape and colors of these beautiful mountains. At the afternoon, we arrive in Marrakech. Overnight stay in a local riad.

Day 8: Marrakech excursion with local guide

Today we continue our Casablanca culture trip and Sahara desert expedition, and we visit the best of Marrakech, Morocco's "red city." We will make certain that you view the most important historical and cultural landmarks, such as the Majorelle Garden, the Koutoubia Tower, the Saadian tombs, and the Bahia Palace. Following lunch at a café near the plaza, you will go through the souks, where you will see hundreds of handicrafts. You will have some free time in the afternoon to explore the rest of the city on your own. Overnight stay in a local riad.

Day 8: Marrakech - Casablanca

We will take you to Casablanca or the airport today. As the tour comes to a close, our driver will drop you off at your hotel.
